Staff Service Policy

1. Purpose

This policy is framed to maintain professionalism, discipline, continuity of academic activities, and smooth functioning of the school administration. All teaching and non-teaching staff members are expected to follow the policy sincerely.

PART A – RESIGNATION POLICY

2. Notice Period

Teaching Staff

  • Every teacher must provide a minimum 60 days written notice before resignation.

  • Resignation must be submitted officially to the Principal/Management through email or signed application.

Administrative / Non-Teaching Staff

  • Minimum 30 days notice period is mandatory.

3. Immediate Resignation

The management reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject immediate resignation requests.

  • Recover salary in lieu of notice period if the employee leaves without approval.

Employees leaving abruptly without handover may face:

  • Salary hold

  • Experience letter delay/refusal

  • Relieving letter rejection

  • Legal/administrative action if institutional loss occurs

4. Handover Requirement

Before leaving, staff must complete:

  • Class records

  • Copies/checking work

  • Student assessment records

  • School property return

  • Login/official group handover

  • Pending academic responsibilities

5. Experience & Relieving Letter

Experience/relieving letters shall be issued only if:

  • Proper notice period is completed

  • Discipline and conduct remain satisfactory

  • No dues or institutional responsibilities are pending

The school reserves the right to mention:

  • Duration of service

  • Nature of work

  • Professional conduct

  • Administrative observations, if required
